mIRC - this is an IRC client. IRC - is Internet Relay Chat, a kind of network designed specifically for communication in real time. mIRC is perhaps the best known program of its kind. All you need to start communicating it to connect to the server and join the channel. The names of servers and some channels are already in mIRC. By default, the server selection is random way. Then everything is simple - choose a channel and begin to communicate. On the right, a list of people present in the channel, and the left - the message. You can chat with a single person or even create your own channel and the most important thing to get there.
